What fundmysaas is
fundmysaas is an online marketplace where founders of software products (the "founders") present reward campaigns and members of the public (the "backers") pledge to buy those rewards. Each reward is sold by the founder who runs the campaign, not by Sway SRL. Payments are processed by Stripe on the founder's own Stripe account. The terms of service explain the roles in full.
fundmysaas offers no investment, no shares, no loan and no financial return. It is not a crowdfunding service provider within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 and is not supervised by the FSMA.
